Tief in dir gibt es einen Ort, der immer da ist. Jenseits von Gedanken, jenseits von Gefühlen, jenseits von allem, was du über dich zu wissen glaubst. Diese Imagination lädt dich ein, eine Treppe zu besteigen, eine Treppe, die dich Schritt für Schritt zu deiner eigenen Essenz führt.Du beginnst dort, wo du jetzt bist. Mit jedem Atemzug steigst du tiefer, immer tiefer. Vorbei an alten Geschichten, an vertrauten Sorgen, an allem, was dich beschäftigt. Jede Stufe bringt dich näher zu dem, was du wirklich bist: still, klar, unberührt von allem Äußeren.
Diese Übung braucht keine besonderen Fähigkeiten. Nur deine Bereitschaft, still zu werden und zu gehen. Du wirst spüren, wie du leichter wirst, ruhiger, weiter. Und irgendwann steht du vor deinem eigenen Wesen, ganz nah, ganz offen.
