Tindakan tersebut membuat marah pemerintah Israel.
Pemerintah Israel kemudian memanggil duta besar Armenia, Arman Hakobyan.
Diberitakan Al-Monitor, Arman mendapat teguran keras, seperti yang diumumkan Kementerian Luar Negeri Israel.
Dalam sebuah pernyataan yang dipublikasikan di situsnya, Kementerian Luar Negeri Armenia menyatakan keprihatinannya.
Dalam hal ini atas situasi kemanusiaan yang buruk di Gaza dan konflik militer yang sedang berlangsung.
Mereka juga menolak kekerasan terhadap warga sipil dan penyanderaan.
