TRIBUN-VIDEO.COM - Ketegangan kembali terjadi di kompleks Masjid Al-Aqsa, pada Rabu (30/7/2025).

Setelah sekelompok pemukim Israel memasuki kawasan tersebut dengan pengawalan ketat polisi.

Aksi ini memicu kekhawatiran atas pelanggaran status quo yang sudah lama berlaku di situs suci ketiga umat Islam itu.

Masjid Al-Aqsa, menjadi tempat paling suci bagi umat Islam.

Masjid ini menyimpan nilai sejarah dan spiritual yang mendalam bagi umat Muslim.

Dikutip dari Al Jazeera, kunjungan kelompok pemukim israel tersebut dinilai sebagai bentuk provokasi.

Status quo di kawasan tersebut melarang non-Muslim beribadah atau menampilkan simbol agama.

Masjid Al-Aqsa kerap dikunjungi politisi dan pemukim sayap kanan Israel.

Mereka melakukan ritual keagamaan yang bertentangan dengan kesepakatan historis yang dijaga otoritas setempat.

Berdasarkan aturan yang berlaku selama puluhan tahun, non-Muslim hanya boleh mengunjungi kompleks dalam waktu terbatas tanpa berdoa atau membawa simbol keagamaan.

Para pemukim yang terlibat dalam aksi ini merupakan warga negara Israel yang tinggal secara ilegal di tanah milik pribadi warga Palestina di wilayah Tepi Barat dan Yerusalem Timur yang diduduki.

Banyak di antara mereka berafiliasi dengan kelompok sayap kanan atau religius ekstremis yang memiliki agenda politik dan keagamaan tertentu terkait Masjid Al-Aqsa.

Tindakan para pemukim ini secara luas dianggap sebagai pelanggaran langsung terhadap status quo.
