Social Media: Wie Bots die Iran-Debatte manipulieren

Das Thema Iran polarisiert auf Social Media. Beiträge über den Krieg oder die Demonstrationen gegen das iranische Regime generieren zahlreiche Kommentare. Doch viele dieser Kommentare scheinen von orchestrierten Kampagnen zu stammen. Das hat eine gemeinsame Recherche von öffentlich-rechtlichen Medien aus Deutschland, Frankreich, Österreich, Spanien, Litauen und der Schweiz gezeigt. Eva Wackenreuther, Faktencheckerin beim ORF, hat die Recherche koordiniert. Eva erzählt uns in dieser 11KM-Folge, wie die automatisierten Bot-Netzwerke hinter Fake-Kommentaren funktionieren und wer hinter diesen Kampagnen stecken könnte.
