Güncel konut kredisi faizleri hâlâ çok yüksek seviyelerde seyrederken, piyasada “faiz düşerse konut yeniden uçar mı?” sorusu büyüyor. Konut kredilerinde haziran sonunda ortalama oranların yüzde 3’lerin üzerinde olduğu görülüyor.
Altında savaş primi, faiz beklentisi, doların yönü ve merkez bankalarının hamleleri etkili olmaya devam ediyor. Borsa tarafında ise BIST 100 son günlerde dalgalı bir hatta ilerliyor; 26 Haziran’da endeks günü 14.274 puan civarında kapatırken dolar 46,62 TL, gram altın ise 6.115 TL seviyesini gördü.
Peki vatandaş parasını nereye koyacak?
Konut mu? Altın mı? Borsa mı? Mevduat mı?
Yoksa mesele artık yatırım değil, paranın erimesini yavaşlatma savaşı mı?
