JAKARTA, KOMPASTV - Dirjen Pengawasan Sumber Daya Kelautan dan Perikanan (PSDKP) Pung Nugroho Saksono menyampaikan hasil kerja dari tim usai berhasil melumpuhkan kapal ikan Filipina.
"Kami KKP telah melaksanakan pekerjaan berhasil melakukan penangkapan satu kapal super purse seine 750 GT. Mungkin untuk kapal-kapal Filipina yang kita tangkap ini yang agak paling besar," kata Dirjen PSDKP Pung Nugroho.
Ia menjelaskan KKP berhasil melumpuhkan dan membawa kapal bendera Filipina.
Pung menekankan penangkapan ini merupakan hadiah dari KKP dalam rangka HUT ke-80 RI.
"Dan nyatanya memang rumpon tersebut yang menjadi tempat mereka untuk mengambil ikan dengan kapal yang sebesar ini. Ikan yang terambil pun tidak sedikit," katanya.
