«Слепой обмен». В рамках обмена «1000 на 1000» РФ передала 120 гражданских. В Украине ждали политических заключенных, однако Россия отдала украинцев, отбывавших наказание в РФ за уголовные преступления, а также граждан Украины с просроченными документами. Среди них была крымчанка Ирина Буняк. Женщину приговорили к трем годам за драку со своим сожителем и нанесение ему телесных повреждений. После отбывания срока в Краснодарском крае ее сначала отправили в депортационный центр, а затем передали на обмен. Правозащитники говорят, такую категорию украинцев, РФ и так должна была выдворить из страны. Почему украинская сторона не знала, кого передает РФ?
