Templo del Cielo de Beijing acoge un foro interregional sobre formación de talento en era de la IA

El Foro de Talento China-Europa 2026 se inauguró el 21 de septiembre en Beijing. Altos funcionarios, diplomáticos, académicos y representantes de negocios discutieron la formación de talento en la era de la inteligencia artificial.

Yin Li, secretario del Comité Municipal de Beijing del Partido Comunista de China, intervino en la apertura del Foro de Talento China-Europa junto con el irlandés Stephen Jackson, coordinador residente de la ONU en China. Los alcaldes de Beijing y Zagreb ejercieron de moderadores del foro, coorganizado por la Oficina Municipal de Beijing de Recursos Humanos y el Grupo Adecco.

Contó con seis sesiones temáticas. Además, el Instituto de Estrategia para el Desarrollo de Talento de Beijing y Springer Nature publicaron el Índice de Retención de Talento en Ciudades Globales 2026. La capital china se situó en quinto lugar por séptimo año consecutivo, mientras que Shanghai se mantuvo en novena posición.
