Bei einem Wahlkampfauftritt in Wisconsin zeigte sich Biden selbstbewusst und versprach: "Ich werde Donald Trump 2020 und 2024 schlagen." Er betonte, dass niemand besser qualifiziert sei, Trump zu besiegen.
