Langkah itu diambil karena Israel tidak mencapai tujuannya dalam perang di Gaza.
Namun Netanyahu masih bersikeras memberangus Hamas.
Amos memprediksi tentara IDF bakal mengubah bentuk perang di Jalur Gaza di akhir invasi Rafah.
