JAWA BARAT, KOMPAS.TV - Gubernur Jawa Barat Dedi Mulyadi ancam copot kepala sekolah yang Bersikeras tetap melakukan kegiatan piknik yang dibungkus dengan kegiatan study tour.Kebijakan Gubernur Jawa Barat, Dedi Mulyadi, soal larangan kegiatan study tour masih menjadi sorotan.
Dedi bilang, study tour bisa dilakukan di wilayahnya masing-masing untuk keperluan belajar, dan berbeda dengan piknik atau rekreasi.
Dengan tegas, Dedi bilang akan mencopot kepala sekolah yang masih tetap mengizinkan study tour yang tidak sesuai dengan keperluan proses belajar.
Sementara itu, Wali Kota Bandung, Muhammad Farhan, tetap memperbolehkan study tour asal dilakukan dengan bertanggung jawab.
Farhan juga bilang, kegiatan study tour tidak boleh dikaitkan dengan nilai akademik.
Sebelumnya, 2 Mei lalu, Gubernur Jawa Barat, Dedi Mulyadi, mengeluarkan surat edaran yang ditujukan kepada bupati dan wali kota se-Jawa Barat, serta kepala dinas pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat, yang melarang sekolah melakukan kegiatan piknik yang dibungkus dengan kegiatan study tour, yang memiliki dampak pada penambahan beban orang tua.
Larangan ini merupakan salah satu dari sembilan poin langkah pembangunan pendidikan Jawa Barat menuju terwujudnya Gapura Panca Waluya.
