Deutschland will bis 2045 klimaneutral werden. Dabei helfen soll der Bundesregierung das Geld aus dem Klima- und Transformationsfonds, der mittlerweile viele Milliarden Euro beinhaltet. Doch die aktuelle Bundesregierung gibt das Geld aus dem Fonds nicht nur dafür aus, um CO2 einzusparen.
