Hi Ladies! Where I'm from in Ukraine, beets are not a trend - they're just Tuesday dinner. We never called it a superfood. We just ate it. A lot. Turns out beets are amazing for blood pressure, brain health, energy, and endurance. And if you cook them right - they're actually delicious.My secret? A little splash of white balsamic vinegar. It completely changes the taste.
Today I'm making a simple beet salad with arugula, walnuts, sheep cheese, and pomegranate syrup. Easy, healthy, and honestly beautiful.
Oh, and yes - I'm cooking in a 15-year-old Dolce & Gabbana dress. Because why not 💃
