Audiensi ini terkait dengan koordinasi pengelolaan data di KPU.
Soal pengelolaan data, sebelumnya Keputusan Nomor 731 Tahun 2025 yang diteken 21 Agustus 2025 mengundang kontroversi publik karena menetapkan bahwa dokumen persyaratan pasangan calon presiden dan wakil presiden (capres-cawapres) dianggap sebagai informasi publik yang dikecualikan--artinya tidak bisa diakses secara bebas oleh masyarakat.
