Ứng cử viên tổng thống Mỹ Donald Trump ra mắt kênh TikTok để thu hút cử tri trẻ, hiện tài khoản này đã có hơn 2 triệu người theo dõi. Chỉ vài giờ sau khi tham gia mạng xã hội TikTok, tài khoản của ứng cử viên tổng thống của đảng Cộng hòa - ông Donald Trump đã thu hút hơn 2 triệu người theo dõi trên nền tảng này, hãng Reuters đưa tin hôm nay (3-6). Ông Trump ra mắt kênh TikTok vào tối 1-6 (giờ địa phương), và đã đăng một video để ra mắt kênh. Video ghi lại cảnh ông Trump chào những người ủng hộ tại trận đấu võ thuật Ultimate Fighting Championship ở TP Newark (bang New Jersey, Mỹ). Đoạn video hiện đã thu hút hơn 34 triệu lượt xem.Trước đó, ông Trump từng nỗ lực cấm TikTok vào năm 2020, thời điểm mà ông vẫn là đương kim tổng thống Mỹ. Đến tháng 3 năm nay, ông vẫn xem TikTok là một mối đe dọa đối với an ninh quốc gia, nhưng đã thay đổi quan điểm khi cho rằng lệnh cấm đối với mạng xã hội trên sẽ gây tổn hại cho một số người trẻ, và càng làm lợi cho mạng xã hội Facebook (cũng là một nền tảng mà ông chỉ trích mạnh mẽ).
