Nell’assegnazione provvisoria della Commissione europea la #Polonia risulta il primo beneficiario, con 43,7 miliardi, mentre #Bruxelles valuta di destinare fino a 20 miliardi di fondi non utilizzati a progetti congiunti con Kiev. Sul tema è intervenuto Giorgio Bianchi in diretta ai microfoni di Un Giorno Speciale.
Il nodo dei fondi SAFE
“Il Fondo SAFE, lo ricordo per chi non lo sapesse, è diciamo il primo pezzo del ciclopico programma di riarmo europeo che dovrebbe ammontare complessivamente a circa 800 miliardi di euro.” Così Bianchi, che sul prestito all’Ucraina offre una lettura netta: “Quindi è implicito in tutta questa manovra, vale a dire nel prestito di 20 miliardi all’Ucraina, che l’Ucraina è considerata a tutti gli effetti parte integrante dell’Unione Europea.”
Dalla leva alla piazza
Sul fronte britannico, l’ospite richiama i volantini diffusi alla popolazione: “Hanno iniziato a distribuire dei comunicati, dei volantini in cui si dice, con il solito pragmatismo inglese, be ready, fatti trovare pronto.” Per la Germania, il dato che porta è questo: “Hanno inviato 300.000 lettere a giovani per proporre l’arruolamento, hanno risposto in 530.”
Sul versante italiano, secondo Bianchi, la militarizzazione passa anche dall’ordine pubblico: “Tant’è che sono previsti 500 para da inviare, che partiranno da Siena e verranno inviati a Milano per prevenire le prossime manifestazioni.” Il parallelo con gli anni della pandemia chiude il ragionamento: “E improvvisamente, come prima erano i Novax, come prima erano le cellule islamiche, improvvisamente questo diventa il problema da risolvere coi militari.”
