Dilaporkan enam tempat pemurnian biji timah atau smelter yang diserahkan Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung) ke PT Timah Tbk itu dikendalikan para terdakwa dalam kasus korupsi tata niaga timah di Bangka Belitung.
Berikut daftar pemilik enam smelter yang asetnya dirampas negara.
Pertama, Suwito Gunawan pemilik PT Stanindo Inti Perkasa.
Kedua, Tamron alias Aon pemilik CV Venus Inti Perkasa dan PT Menara Cipta Mulia.
Ketiga, Hendry Lie pemilik PT Tinindo Internusa atau PT TIN.
Keempat, Robert Indarto pemilik PT Sariwiguna Bina Sentosa.
Terakhir, Suparta pemilik PT Refind Bangka Tin
Sebagai informasi, penertiban tambang timah ini untuk menindaklanjuti penanganan kasus korupsi di PT Timah Tbk.
Kasus tersebut membuat negara rugi senilai Rp 300 triliun dan menguntungkan sejumlah pihak.
Diketahui, dari putusan pengadilan enam smelter beserta aset di dalamnya diserahkan ke PT Timah melalui Kementerian Keuangan dengan nilai taksiran Rp 1,45 triliun.
