Dengan suara bergetar, Erick menyampaikan permohonan maaf dan rasa terima kasih.
Dalam momen tersebut, Erick menyebut dirinya merupakan masa lalu, sedangkan Dony Oskaria yang kini ditunjuk menjadi Plt Menteri BUMN disebut sebagai masa depan.
Kendati ia berpamitan, Erick Thohir berharap momen ini bukan perpisahan.
Ia menyebut, Kementerian BUMN ini adalah rumah yang dibangun bersama.
Atas hal itu, ia berharap semua karyawan bisa menjaga dengan kerukunan dan saling mendukung.
Pernyataan itu disampaikan Erick Thohir dalam acara Perpisahan Menteri BUMN di Menara Danareksa, Jumat (19/9/2025).
"Saya masa lalu, kalian pak Dony adalah masa depan. Saya berharap ini bukan perpisahan karena yang saya bangun selama ini, kita bangun semua adalah sebuah rumah," ujar Erick dalam acara Perpisahan Menteri BUMN di Menara Danareksa, Jumat (19/9/2025).
Erick meminta seluruh karyawan tidak merubah jati diri yang sudah terbangun selama ini.
Sebab menurut Erick, Indonesia perlu orang-orang bagus.
"Bangsa ini perlu orang-orang bagus dan pak Presiden sekarang mendorong dengan lahirnya Danantara itu menjadi sebuah kekuatan investasi untuk masa depan kita," ujar Erick.
"Kalian harus dukung, saya titip itu. Kita ini keluarga besar," imbuhnya menegaskan.
Sebagai informasi, Erick kini melepaskan jabatan sebagai Menteri BUMN lantaran ia ditunjuk Presiden RI Prabowo Subianto sebagai Menteri Pemuda dan Olahraga (Menpora) pada Rabu (17/9).
