È quanto mostra un video di pochi secondi, divenuto virale nelle chat e postato dalla community on line "Denunciamo Foggia", che racconta l'episodio avvenuto in pieno centro cittadino nei primi giorni di dicembre scorso, ma divenuto noto soltanto nelle scorse ore.Nel video si nota un uomo, presumibilmente il ladro finito a terra tra un furgone e un'auto in sosta, e un'altra persona che impugnando un oggetto che non si distingue bene - forse un cartone - lo colpisce ripetutamente e con violenza, nonostante le urla della vittima.
