Médico agredido en Cuba, en el hospital, por criticar al régimen castrista
Un médico intensivista del Hospital Julio Aristegui Villamil de Cárdenas denunció haber sido AGREDIDO físicamente dentro de la unidad de cuidados intensivos, presuntamente tras criticar la situación que vive Cuba. El caso, conocido en junio de 2026, ha desatado indignación entre trabajadores de la salud en la isla.Según el testimonio del propio galeno y de personas que dicen haber presenciado los hechos, un hombre llegó hasta el área de terapia intensiva preguntando por él; al salir a atenderlo fue atacado, con lesiones VISIBLES en el rostro que muestran fotografías difundidas después del incidente. Varios trabajadores tuvieron que intervenir para separar al presunto agresor.
De acuerdo con diversos testigos, el atacante sería esposo de una trabajadora del propio centro y estaría vinculado a las fuerzas del orden. El médico sostiene que, horas antes, había mantenido una conversación sobre la realidad del país con compañeros. Fuentes cercanas aseguran que incluso se intentó presentar acusaciones contra la VÍCTIMA. Hasta el momento, ni la dirección del hospital ni las autoridades han ofrecido una versión oficial.
El episodio reabre el debate sobre el llamado "capital humano" que el régimen dice querer proteger: mientras profesionales formados son perseguidos, golpeados o empujados al exilio, el sistema castiga a quien se atreve a hablar. Cubanos por el Mundo dará seguimiento a este caso.
