L’odeur des pages imprimées ou du linge propre, l’herbe sous nos pieds nus, l'air chaud de l’été…: certaines sensations physiques peuvent nous procurer un véritable sentiment de bonheur. Mais comment retrouver l’usage de nos sens au quotidien? Michael Mirtsch propose des massages et un travail corporel destiné à mieux écouter son corps et à se libérer des blocages émotionnels. En famille, cet ancien ingénieur privilégie désormais les activités physiques avec ses enfants. De son côté, Maria Packenius est parfumeuse: elle anime des ateliers où elle propose d’entraîner son odorat et de créer ses propres fragrances – le tout dans une ferme entourée de nature et peuplée d’animaux, où se mêlent nombre de senteurs.
