'It's Risky But...': Sheikh Hasina Defies Death Sentence, Signals Bangladesh Return | Firstpost Live

Sheikh Hasina says she will return to Bangladesh in December, despite the risk of arrest, imprisonment or violence. The former prime minister has been living in India since her government collapsed amid mass protests in August 2024. Hasina has denied wrongdoing and called the trial politically motivated. Her son says no exact return date has been set. In this Firstpost Live video, we analyse what her return could mean for Bangladesh's political future. Josh Barnes tells you more.
