DEUTSCHLAND: AfD-Ministerpräsident laut Umfrage möglich | Dirk Wiese im WELT-Gespräch

SPD-Fraktionsgeschäftsführer Dirk Wiese verteidigt Finanzminister Klingbeils Vorstoß zu möglichen Steuererhöhungen. Angesichts der drohenden Haushaltslücke 2027 von rund 30 Milliarden Euro dürfe keine Option ausgeschlossen werden. Gleichzeitig warnt Wiese vor einem Erstarken der AfD – insbesondere mit Blick auf die Landtagswahlen 2026. Er fordert klare Haltung, betont die Unvereinbarkeit der AfD mit deutschen Interessen und sieht in der politischen Arbeit der Koalition den Schlüssel zur Verteidigung der Demokratie. Die Brandmauer der SPD, so Wiese, stehe fest.
