In today’s video, I’m sharing my 1 year postpartum fitness journey and a real update on how I’ve been rebuilding strength, losing body fat, and feeling more confident in my body after having my second baby.

As a mom, postpartum recovery looks different for everyone. For me, this season has been about learning how to prioritize my health, create time for self-care, and stay consistent with intentional movement, postpartum workouts, ab exercises, yoga, mat Pilates, and a more balanced approach to nutrition. I’ve been focusing on eating enough protein, healthy fats, and carbs, not skipping meals, and supporting my body in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.

In this video, I’m also sharing my body composition progress from one month ago to today, including losing 3% body fat and gaining 3 pounds of lean muscle mass. As women and moms, the number on the scale does not always tell the full story. That’s why it’s been so motivating for me to not only feel stronger and see changes in the mirror, but to actually see the progress in real numbers too.
