TRIBUN-VIDEO.COM - Abraham Michael, anak majikan yang membunuh satpamnya sendiri Septian (37) di Lawang Gintung, Kecamatan Bogor Selatan, Kota Bogor, ditetapkan sebagai tersangka.
Terpisah, Kasat Reskrim Polresta Bogor Kota, Kompol Aji Riznaldi Nugroho mengatakan, Abraham dijerat pasal 338 mengenai pembunuhan yang dilakukan dengan sengaja.
Abraham pun terancam hukuman 15 tahun penjara dan paling lama 20 tahun penjara.
Di sisi lain, pihaknya saat ini tengah melakukan pendalaman terkait adanya unsur pembunuhan berencana.
“Untuk itu (berencana) kita masih lakukan pendalaman. Sementara ini kita tetapkan sebagai tersangka dulu dan dijerat Pasal 338 KUHP,” tandasnya.
