Zhou Zhiwei, director del Departamento de Relaciones Internacionales del Instituto de Estudios Latinoamericanos de la Academia de Ciencias Sociales de China, señaló que ambos países cuentan con ventajas complementarias, lo que favorece el desarrollo verde y el intercambio tecnológico.Según Zhou, esta colaboración también ofrece una orientación clara para el futuro de la cooperación entre China y América Latina. La región latinoamericana es una de las más ricas del mundo en recursos naturales, especialmente en el ámbito energético. Profundizar la cooperación entre China y los países de la región en el campo de la energía limpia no solo permitirá aprovechar mejor esas ventajas, sino que también impulsará la integración regional y generará un nuevo impulso para el desarrollo de las relaciones China-América Latina.
