Kuih Tradisi Kelantan: Cek Mek Molek
Cek mek molek ni kuih yang berasal dari Kelantan. Manisss je rasa kuih nya patut pun nama nya cek mek molekk😍 Tahu tak sebenarnya kuih ni senang sangat nak buat! Jom tengok resepi yang min nak share kat korangBahan-bahan:
750 g ubi keledek, dikupas dan dipotong dadu
500 ml air
1 sdt garam
100 g tepung serba guna
1 sdt serbuk penaik
5 sdm gula
2 sdm minyak masak
minyak masak untuk menggoreng
Cara membuat:
1. Rebus keledek dengan sedikit garam hingga lembut. Lenyek atau tumbuk di dalam lesung hingga lumat. Masukkan ke dalam mangkuk adunan.
2. Gaulkan dengan tepung yang dicampur dengan serbuk penaik, sedikit demi sedikit dan
uli hingga mendapat doh yang mudah dibentuk dan tidak melekat pada tangan.
3. Sapu sedikit minyak di tangan jika perlu. Cubit sedikit doh dan leperkan menjadi bentuk
bujur. Masukkan sesudu gula di bahagian tengah. Kemaskan adunan kuih supaya menjadi bentuk oblong dengan hujung yang tirus. Ulang hingga semua doh habis digunakan.
4. Goreng menggunakan minyak yang banyak. Setelah masak, guna sudip penapis untuk mengangkat kuih dan tus di atas tuala kertas untuk menyerap minyak berlebihan.
5. Biarkan sejuk dahulu sebelum dimakan supaya lidah tidak melecur akibat gula cair yang panas.
