SYL Divonis 10 Tahun Bui dan Uang Pengganti Rp14 M dan US$30 Ribu
Mantan Menteri Pertanian (Mentan) Syahrul Yasin Limpo (SYL) divonis 10 tahun penjara oleh Pengadilan Tipikor pada Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat (PN Jakpus). SYL terbukti bersalah melakukan tindak pidana korupsi secara bersama-sama di lingkungan Kementerian Pertanian (Kementan)."Menjatuhkan pidana kepada terdakwa Syahrul Yasin Limpo oleh karena itu dengan pidana penjara selama 10 tahun dan denda sebesar Rp300 juta dengan ketentuan apabila denda tersebut tidak dibayar diganti dengan pidana kurungan selama empat bulan,” kata ketua majelis hakim Pengadilan Tipikor Jakarta Rianto Adam Pontoh, Kamis (11/7/2024).
SYL juga dihukum membayar uang pengganti sejumlah uang yang diterimanya, yakni Rp 14.147.144.786 (Rp 14,1 miliar) dan USD 30 ribu. Jika dihitung memakai kurs USD saat ini, USD 30 ribu itu jika dirupiahkan senilai Rp 485.940.000. Maka, jika ditotal dengan angka Rp 14 miliar menjadi Rp 14.633.084.786 jumlah yang uang pengganti yang dibebankan kepada SYL.
