Roberto Vannacci non si sottrae al tema della guerra in Ucraina e, intervistato da Ludovica Ciriello per LA7, affronta il nodo del conflitto e delle possibili vie d’uscita.Alla domanda se potrebbe essere un mediatore con Vladimir Putin, Vannacci risponde senza chiudere la porta: “Non lo so. Forse riuscirei a mediare meglio di Draghi, visto che ha detto peste e corna di Putin. Se ci fosse l’opportunità, perché no?”.Respinge però l’etichetta di filo-putiniano: “No. Sono pro-italiano ed europeo. Questa guerra deve finire perché non è negli interessi né dell’Europa, né dell’Italia, né dell’Ucraina”.Secondo Vannacci, l’andamento del conflitto sarebbe ormai segnato: “Se continuiamo così, l’Ucraina perde, sta già perdendo e continuerà a perdere. L’esercito russo ogni giorno avanza inesorabilmente sul territorio ucraino”. Da qui la riflessione sull’alternativa: “Potrebbe essere una sconfitta.
