I've been planning to do each of the dungeons with one loadout this season, similar to previous seasons where I'd have a series before the next update. But with things being almost certainly delayed, I figured I'd spread them out a bit and do one every week or so. I did Equilibrium already when it first released, and I did a one loadout run of Warlord's Ruin when it was the community challenge. So the next dungeon was the one I've had quite a few requests recently, and probably the hardest, Vesper's Host.
My goals for this were pretty straightforward, one loadout (obviously), but also not to use Getaway Artist. I probably would've preferred using Mint and Finality's for final, but I've had a fair few comments about people not having Mint because they didn't play last season, so I went with New Malpais as I'm assuming you can get it from the season pass kiosk thing. It was barely used for the most part anyway, just to add a bit of ranged damage for final.
The loadout itself does very well for damage, especially considering there's no swaps. It's a consistent 3 phase on Raneiks, and a consistent 2 phase on Puppeteer. Just ignore me nearly falling off at the start of the first DPS phase on final boss as I wasn't really paying attention and got knocked back, otherwise damage would've been quite a bit better if I didn't waste the first half of that super.
I'll have the GM at reset, and then likely Sundered Doctrine next week, as that's also been requested a bit. In the meantime I'll continue with Nioh 3 which I'm having a blast with, even if it's not the best for the channel in the short term, but they usually do better over time.
