La inteligencia artificial está poniendo en crisis la soberanía de los Estados. En esta entrevista, Álvaro D. María explica por qué los gobiernos no están preparados para las amenazas de ciberseguridad que permite la IA, cómo cualquier persona puede atacar infraestructuras desde cualquier lugar del mundo y por qué estamos ante un cambio comparable al de la pólvora o al de Bitcoin con el monopolio del dinero.

Álvaro plantea que la verdadera batalla no es “humanos vs IA”, sino grupos humanos usando IA frente a otros grupos. Habla de competencia jurisdiccional, personalización de jurisdicciones, el riesgo de modelos open source, la redistribución del poder militar y del conocimiento, y la necesidad de recuperar la capacidad de poner límites a través de comunidades y decisiones personales. También aborda la ética del aceleracionismo y por qué la neutralidad tecnológica puede ser peligrosa.
