📌 Bahan-bahan / Ingredients
Malay (BM):
- 1 kg beras pulut
- 2 helai daun pandan
- 800–900 ml santan pekat
- 2 tsp garam
- 1 tbsp gula pasir (optional — untuk seimbangkan rasa)
- Daun pisang secukupnya
- Sedikit minyak (untuk sapu pan / daun)
English:
- 1 kg glutinous rice
- 2 pandan leaves
- 800–900 ml thick coconut milk
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar (optional — to balance the flavour)
- Banana leaves (as needed)
- A little oil (for greasing pan / leaves)

💡 Tips Penting
- Rendam pulut sekurang-kurangnya 3–4 jam dan toskan betul-betul kering
- Gaul santan masa pulut masih panas untuk hasil lebih lemak sekata
- Jangan tekan pulut terlalu padat semasa membungkus
- Pastikan pengukus berwap kuat sepanjang masa
