ABOUT THIS VIDEO
Want to practice speaking English? In this lesson, you'll talk about your daily routine while practicing useful time expressions, adverbs of frequency, and everyday vocabulary.

You'll practice talking about your morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend routines using expressions such as:
• before and after
• always, usually, often, sometimes, and never
• then
• until
• weekday and weekend routines

This is an active English practice lesson, so don't just listen! You'll have many opportunities to pause the video, answer questions aloud, and describe your own routine.

You'll practice all four English skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

By the end of the lesson, you'll be able to talk more comfortably about your habits and daily activities, and you'll have practice writing about your weekend routine, too.

Try the writing challenge! ✍️
Write a few sentences about your weekend routine in the comments. What do you usually do on Saturday and Sunday? Try to use before, after, then, until, always, usually, often, sometimes, and never.

This lesson is especially useful for high-beginner to intermediate English learners (A2–B1) who want to build confidence speaking about everyday life.
