US President Donald Trump says he would be "honoured" to "take over" Cuba.The island nation is facing an energy crisis after Trump imposed an oil blockade in late January.
He's threatened to levy tariffs on any country that sells oil to Havana.
Trump's comments come as Cuba hopes to open the lines of communication and business with the United States. But many people remain skeptical about that happening.
