Sono bambini e famiglie che soffrono, hanno negli occhi l’orrore della guerra che lasciano una ferita nel cuore”. Così il vicepremier e ministro degli Esteri, Antonio Tajani, dopo aver accolto l’aeroporto militare di Milano Linate i civili palestinesi, tra i quali il piccolo Adam, affinché diversi di loro siano curati negli ospedale di Piemonte e Lombardia.“La mamma di Adam era abbastanza emozionata: ha perso tanti figli, però ha manifestato la gratitudine al nostro paese. C’è gratitudine nei confronti del nostro paese e speranza che la guerra finisca - ha aggiunto -. Questo non è il primo aereo della speranza che accolgo in Italia, ma è sempre la stessa scena: occhi terrorizzati, ma anche pieni di speranza per poter cominciare una vita nuova qui in Italia”.
