JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Penyidik Kejaksaan Agung menggeledah rumah pengusaha minyak, Muhammad Riza Chalid, terkait dugaan kasus korupsi tata kelola minyak mentah dan produk kilang pada PT Pertamina.Kapuspenkum Kejaksaan Agung, Harli Siregar, menyebut bahwa hingga saat ini penyidik telah menggeledah tujuh rumah dan kantor milik para tersangka.
Sebelumnya, Direktur Penyidikan Jampidsus Kejaksaan Agung, Abdul Qohar, menyebut bahwa Direktur PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, Riva Siahaan, sengaja membeli minyak mentah RON 90 atau setara Pertalite, lalu mencampurnya dengan RON 92 atau setara Pertamax.
Selain itu, Kejaksaan Agung juga menemukan modus menaikkan biaya pengapalan secara tidak wajar dalam impor minyak mentah.
