Adapun dalam gugatan ini, Gibran dan KPU RI dituntut oleh Subhan Palal untuk membayar uang ganti rugi senilai Rp 125 triliun kepada negara.
Pasalnya, Gibran dan KPU dinilai telah melakukan perbuatan melawan hukum karena ada beberapa syarat pendaftaran calon wakil presiden yang tak terpenuhi.
