Komisioner Kompolnas Tanggapi Band Sukatani yang Minta Maaf Usai Rilis Lagu Kritik Polisi
KOMPAS.TV - Polemik lagu Bayar-Bayar-Bayar milik band punk Sukatani asal Purbalingga, Jawa Tengah, menjadi perhatian publik dalam beberapa hari terakhir.Lagu ini disebut sebagai bentuk kritik terhadap institusi Polri, dengan lirik yang menyinggung penyalahgunaan wewenang dan ketidakadilan hukum.
Setelah viral, band Sukatani tiba-tiba menarik lagu tersebut dari semua platform digital dan menyampaikan permintaan maaf kepada Polri serta Kapolri.
Mereka menegaskan bahwa permintaan maaf dibuat tanpa tekanan dari pihak mana pun.
Kabid Humas Polda Jateng, Kombes Artanto, membantah adanya intervensi terhadap karya Sukatani.
Ia menyatakan bahwa anggota Polda Jateng hanya menemui band tersebut untuk meminta klarifikasi.
Setelah itu, polisi mempersilakan jika Sukatani ingin tetap membawakan lagu mereka.
Kapolri Jenderal Listyo Sigit Prabowo juga menegaskan bahwa tidak ada masalah dengan lagu tersebut.
Direktur Amnesty International Indonesia, Usman Hamid, menyebut lirik lagu itu sebagai kritik biasa dan menyesalkan keputusan penarikan lagu tersebut.
Setelah lagu Bayar-Bayar-Bayar dihapus dari platform digital, dukungan agar lagu tetap bisa dimainkan muncul dari sejumlah musisi dan warganet.
