La normativa, definita dopo due anni di confronto in commissione Ambiente, assicura Rosso, è una «grande rivoluzione», e il testo nato dall’integrazione di otto diverse proposte potrebbe vedere una larga convergenza tra maggioranza e opposizione. La previsione, conclude il relatore azzurro, «è che possa andare in Aula al Senato entro il mese di febbraio (2026, ndr). Poi dovrà andare alla Camera: se non ci saranno modifiche stiamo parlando che in primavera diventi legge; s ci saranno modifiche diciamo entro l'anno» prossimo.
