Dirjen Imigrasi Bicara soal Kronologi Gangguan Sistem Keimigrasian
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Dirjen Imigrasi Silmy Karim menjelaskan kronologi terjadinya gangguan kesisteman keimigrasian yang berlangsung sejak Kamis (20/6/2024).Dugaan awal, gangguan tersebut terdapat pada sistem jaringan yang terjadi mulai pukul 04.20 WIB.
Silmy menjelaskan selanjutnya menerima laporan bahwa sistem yang ada di Bandara Soekarno Hatta juga mati pada 06.30 WIB. Namun saat itu Silmy mengungkap belum mengetahui adanya serangan siber.
"Saya langsung mengontak Menteri Hukum dan HAM selaku atasan kami. Mohon izin untuk kita menyiapkan data center alternatif. Karena kalau saya biarkan, keputusan itu tidak dilakukan cepat, maka layanan akan terganggu," terang Silmy pada Jumat (28/6/2024).
