▼あらすじ
R惑星へ逃げ延びていたバルタン星人の生き残りが、地球への再挑戦を宣言。金星探検ロケット「おおとり」を襲い、救助に向かう科特隊とウルトラマンを宇宙におびき寄せて、その隙に別の一隊が地球を襲うという二面作戦を仕掛ける。スペルゲン反射鏡でスペシウム光線を跳ね返す二代目バルタン星人と、イデが開発した新兵器マルス133に注目！
