❤ TARTA FRÍA DE CALABAZA Y YOGUR | Sin Azúcar y Sin Horno 🍮✨
¿Buscas un postre súper cremoso, ligero y refrescante que se prepare en solo 5 minutos? Esta tarta fría de calabaza y yogur es la opción perfecta. Queda con una textura suave estilo mousse o flan, no lleva azúcar refinada y solo necesitas 4 ingredientes básicos. ¡Ideal para tener un postre saludable listo en la nevera sin encender el horno!
Ingredientes Molde 23cm :
• 400 g de calabaza asada (o puré de calabaza)
• 400 g de yogur (puedes usar griego, natural o vegetal)
• 100 ml de leche (o bebida vegetal)
• 10 g de gelatina neutra en polvo (o 6 láminas de gelatina)
• Endulzante al gusto (estevia, eritritol o tu favorito)
Instrucciones: Hidratar y disolver la gelatina en la leche caliente. Triturar la calabaza asada con el yogur, el endulzante y la mezcla de leche con gelatina hasta obtener una crema homogénea. Verter en el molde y refrigerar un mínimo de 4 horas (o de un día para otro) hasta que cuaje por completo.
