The Gun Phoenix is launched despite Chief Mechanic Araiso's warning and suffers a breakdown. Ryu moves out in the state-of-the-art, high speed pursuit jet, Gun Booster. He finds himself in a critical situation but Ultraman Hikari arrives just in time to save his life. Hikari is injured and someone appears before him... it's Commander Zoffy of the Inter Galactic Defense Force!
