El influencer y activista cubanoamericano Alex Otaola presenta un retrato crudo del fin de año que se avecina en Cuba, a partir de testimonios directos del cubano de a pie. La pregunta es simple y devastadora: ¿qué va a comer la gente el 31 de diciembre? La respuesta, según las propias voces recogidas, es incertidumbre total.Otaola repasa las estimaciones que circulan en la calle: la libra de carne de cerdo proyectada entre 2,000 y 5,000 pesos, precios fuera del alcance de cualquier salario. Para muchos, la carne se ha vuelto un lujo inexistente y la mesa de fin de año se reduce a pollo, picadillo, caracoles o lo que aparezca.
