JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Seorang penumpang maskapai Garuda Indonesia melaporkan kehilangan ponsel jenis iPhone dalam penerbangan dari Jakarta menuju Melbourne pada Jumat (6/6/2025). Hal tersebut diungkap oleh Michael Tjendara lewat akun Instagram @michaeltjendara.Hingga kini, Michael Tjendara masih terus mencari iPhone miliknya yang hilang saat penerbangan Garuda Indonesia GA716.
Michael telah secara resmi mengirimkan surat kepada pihak Garuda Indonesia, meminta penjelasan atas langkah yang telah atau akan diambil.
Sementara itu, Garuda Indonesia melalui media statement memberi penjelasan terkait kasus ini. Garuda Indonesia saat ini melakukan investigasi secara menyeluruh bersama pemangku kepentingan terkait untuk mendukung proses pelaporan tersebut.
KompasTV sudah menghubungi dan konfirmasi ke pihak Garuda Indonesia, namun hingga video ini ditayangkan Garuda Indonesia belum merespons kembali.
