Hamas menyatakan, Netanyahu terus memberikan hambatan saat negosiasi berlangsung.
Hambatan yang dimaksud yakni Netanyahu meningkatkan agresi di wilayah Gaza termasuk mengusir para penduduk agar pergi ke wilayah lain.
Seperti yang terjadi pada Senin (8/7/2024), militer Israel memperluas wilayah evakuasi di bagian utara Gaza.
Hal ini pun memaksa ribuan warga sipil Palestina untuk mengungsi di lokasi lain.
Kantor Netanyahu dalam keterangannya pada Minggu (7/7/2024) kembali menekankan bahwa kesepakatan apapun akan memungkinkan Israel untuk kembali dan bertempur sampai semua tujuan perang tercapai.
Untuk diketahui, sejak perang meletus pada Oktober 2023, baru dilakukan satu kali gencatan senjata pada November lalu selama sepekan.
Kala itu sebanyak 80 sandera Israel dibebaskan dengan imbalan 240 warga Palestina.
Namun semenjak itu, pembicaraan selalu menemui jalan buntu bahkan sempat terhenti.
Baru-baru ini negosiasi kembali dilaksanakan, bahkan Netanyahu mengirimkan utusannya ke Qatar.
