Auslosen oder doch freiwillig melden? Die Frage, wie genau der neue Wehrdienst funktionieren soll, spaltet gerade die Bundesregierung. Klar ist – da sind sich Union und SPD einig – Deutschland braucht mehr Soldat:innen, nicht zuletzt wegen der wachsenden Bedrohung durch Russland. Wie das gelingen soll, erzählt in dieser 11KM-Folge der NDR-Verteidigungsexperte Kai Küstner.
