UU., Chris Wright, a Caracas, medios venezolanos aseguran que Washington habría pedido al chavismo 2.0 cortar cualquier vínculo con Cuba.Fuentes cercanas a Delcy Rodríguez indican que el gobierno venezolano evalúa reducir progresivamente las misiones médicas cubanas. La Casa Blanca parece confiar en este giro: retiró el portaaviones USS Gerald R. Ford del Caribe y el presidente Donald Trump afirmó que no ve necesario replicar en Cuba una operación como la realizada en Venezuela.
