DPR Klarifikasi Tunjangan Rumah 50 Juta, Ini Kekhawatiran Publik Menurut Pengamat | SATU MEJA
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Anggota DPR Fraksi Partai Golkar, Ahmad Doli Kurnia mengklarifikasi soal tunjangan rumah dinas 50 juta yang ramai beredar di publik.Menurutnya, per periode ini, rumah dinas dewan yang ada di Kalibata dan Ulujami diambil alih oleh Sekretariat Negara (Setneg). Itulah asal muasal pemberian tunjangan rumah menurut Ahmad.
"Kan anggota DPR ini tidak semua berperiode-periode. Ada yang baru (menjabat). ada juga yang di luar daerah dan harus cari rumah dulu beberapa bulan di awal periode. Mungkin tunjangan itu untuk menggantikan yang dulu sebelumya kita punya rumah dinas, (sekarang) tidak ada lagi, nah itu," katanya.
Peneliti Formappi, Lucius Karus menanggapi pernyataan Wakil Ketua DPR RI Sufmi Dasco Ahmad buka suara menanggapi polemik tunjangan rumah anggota Rp 50 juta per bulan. Dasco menegaskan tunjangan itu hanya diberikan selama satu tahun alias hanya sampai Oktober 2025.
Menurut Lucius, ini melegakan sekaligus membongkar adanya kekacauan informasi di DPR.
Selain itu, Lucius mengatakan tidak pernah ada info kalau tunjangan rumah ini hanya akan diterima dalam setahun. Kemudian dikoreksi untuk meredam ketika ada demo.
"Saya khawatir ini akan tetap diterima, karena enggak mungkin banget ini tunjangan pengganti rumah dinas. Yang pasti, rumah dinas akan dihuni selama 5 tahun. Tidak mungkin diberikan setahun untuk (dipakai) waktu 5 tahun," katanya.
Direktur Eksekutif LSI, Djayadi Hanan mengatakan kritik masyarakat bukan cuma soal DPR-nya, tapi soal tidak jelas dan terlalu tingginya pendapatan gaji tunjangan untuk pejabat negara.
"DPR punya wewenang untuk mengubahnya, bukan cuma terima aja. DPR punya payung untuk mengubahnya lewat Undang-Undang," katanya.
