Bangku dan Meja Rusak, Siswa SD di Sukabumi Terpaksa Belajar di Lantai | SAPA SIANG
KOMPAS.TV - Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Sukabumi, melalui Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Sukabumi, akan membantu SD Cibitung, Kecamatan Ciracap, yang kekurangan kursi dan meja, sehingga siswa terpaksa belajar di lantai.Pihaknya segera mengirimkan sejumlah kursi dan meja untuk sekolah itu.
Sudah tiga bulan terakhir, setiap hari anak-anak Sekolah Dasar Negeri Cibitung di Desa Pasir Panjang, Kecamatan Ciracap, Kabupaten Sukabumi, Jawa Barat belajar dengan tengkurap tanpa meja dan kursi belajar.
Para siswa kelas satu ini harus duduk di lantai selama jam pelajaran berlangsung.
Mereka terpaksa merasakan dinginnya lantai kelas, yang dikhawatirkan mengganggu konsentrasi belajar.
Namun kini, pemandangan itu akan segera berakhir sebab sekolah akan menerima bangku dan meja pekan ini.
Hal itu disampaikan Sekretaris Daerah yang didampingi Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Sukabumi.
Menurut Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Sukabumi, sebanyak 16 meja dan 32 bangku serta meja guru untuk SD Cibitung, hal ini agar para siswa tidak belajar di lantai lagi.
Data dari Dinas Pendidikan di Sukabumi, terdapat 1.215 Sekolah Dasar yang tersebar di 47 kecamatan di Kabupaten Sukabumi. Saat ini pihak Dinas Pendidikan telah mengajukan bantuan ke pusat melalui program revitalisasi, sehingga nantinya di tahun 2026 sekolah yang kekurangan ataupun sekolah rusak bisa mendapat bantuan revitalisasi.
